When placing your order you will be asked for your delivery address. Once you place your order we cannot accept a change of address for security reasons.
If you order a Pre-order item then your order will not be despatched until that item is available. If you have more than the Pre-order item in your order then we will not ship any of the items until the pre-order is available.

We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries.
We do not take any responsibility for any parcels left in safe places, chosen neighbour or after delivery has taken place.
We do not take any responsibility for any stolen parcels if the parcel is left contactless.
For most European Countries, we use FedEx/DHL. They will provide a text and email delivery update to advise you of approximate delivery times and delivery status.
If for any reason your parcel arrives damaged, you must refuse the parcel with the courier. If you accept the parcel you are accepting this at your own risk and we do not take responsibility for lost items.
1ST CLASS DELIVERY
There is the option to purchase 1st Class Delivery in the UK only.
This option is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday, before 2, will arrive Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will arrive Tuesday.
1st Class Delivery is aimed for 1-2 days, including Saturdays.
Acts of God provisions, also called “Force Majeure”, relate to events outside human control, like flash floods, earthquakes, snow or other natural disasters. In this instance if your delivery is delayed due to Force Majeure, it will be delivered as soon as it is viable.
2ND CLASS AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Your item will be dispatched within 24 hours after your order is placed.
2nd Class Delivery is aimed at 2-3 working days, including Saturdays in the UK and 3-5 days for the rest of the world including Europe and Republic of Ireland.
There are now additional duties and import charges and VAT to be paid by the customer for parcels being imported to Europe from the UK. Please check your countries rules and regulations for costing for import duties, tax and VAT from the UK.
If there are additional custom charges and duties applicable for shipments into your country then the customer is responsible for these.
Any import duties and taxes not paid by the customer and refused, your order may be either destroyed or sent back to us. In the case they are sent back to us, you will be liable to cover the cost of return fees, duties and taxes.
These estimates are correct for 95% of deliveries, we do not, however have control over the postal service. Therefore deliveries to International customers may see an increased delay to their deliveries due to the postal service in their country. Royal Mail will only assist us with a claim after 25 days have elapsed.
